Stephen Pickett is an accomplished technology and operations executive with two decades of leadership experience scaling high-growth service and healthcare technology organisations. As CEO of Molomix Bioscience Ltd, SiGenex’s key service delivery partner across the UK and Ireland, Stephen leads the mission to deliver decentralised, rapid point-of-care genetic and infectious disease diagnostics into clinical practice.

Previously a director at Maximus UK and Connect Assist, where he built his experience, he possesses a unique blend of commercial acumen, deep technical expertise, and a strong healthcare background, Stephen is recognised for his ability to transform complex service operations into agile, tech-enabled delivery platforms. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering AI-enabled health systems, expanding national diagnostics coverage, and supporting clinical scalability across the NHS and third-sector health services.

Stephen has worked with many of the UKs top commercial brands and has extensive experience working with the third sector. He has previously been a Trustee of the Connect Assist Employee Benefit Trust and an Executive Committee member of the Maximus Foundation.
